It looks as If the economy is slowing down. Now the question is after Admittedly, I am wrong today, will the news be sold? I will wait to see today before I send out any plays. For the first time in a long time the data puzzles me. The fast move that NASDAQ stocks have made over the last 5 days already would seem to lend itself to profit taking in any environment.

Today's "Play of The Day!" "No Play!" Admittedly, it's just too early on a 540 point run up ahead of this data to tell if this rally holds. Better to be safe here as my current position "being short" is already sorry. SJ!"

Conexant Systems earnings have been nothing short of spectacular. In the last 4 quarters, most recently the first, they have increased earnings by 320%, 241%, 140%, 171%. Earnings estimates for 2000 are expected to be up only by 374%. Cash flow per share is $1.39. Conexant Systems had 128 block trades (10,000 or more shares in one trade) yesterday and volume was almost double its average.The big money is buying. So am I. I am looking to add to the portfolio on any
dip.

The Company manufactures products targeted at the wireless communications, cable television/cable modem and fiber optics markets. In the wireless market, the Company focuses on applications (or solutions) for cellular and personal communications systems handsets. In the broadband market, ANADIGICS focuses on applications for cable television systems, cable modems and fiber optic communications systems.

Stock Fans, Anadigics is the leading supplier of radio frequency and microwave frequency integrated circuits. The leaders bounce first and farther. Like above, Anadigics is in the Semiconductor manufacture group. The group is hot and going to get hotter. Check out the volume on this stock the past few days! Bet next week, after they get their shares, we get upgrades! Great earnings and sales numbers. This is another one that is on sale at 63.5% off of its highs. Going to add this to portfolio for the swing.
