Good Morning Stock Fans!

Today's Play of The Day is: Cabletron Systems (NYSE: CS)

Cabletron Systems makes routers, switches, and other products that let computers talk to each other in a geographically dispersed or office/home network (known as a LAN). Cabletron sells directly to government (15% of sales), corporate, and educational customers worldwide. As part of its plan to survive in the acquire-or-be-acquired networking market, Cabletron is splitting into four separate companies based on target markets: Riverstone Networks (service provider/broadband), Enterasys Networks (corporate networks), Global Network Technology Services (GTNS, professional services), and Aprisma Management Technologies (network software). Co-founder and director Craig Benson owns 11% of Cabletron.

Stock Fans, jumping ships to the NYSE looking for higher ground.Cabletron's chart is one of my favorites. It has established a base at this current level and looks to breakout. Its numbers and ratings look great, Relative strength=91.Its timeliness and accum/distribution ratings are =A. Cabletron closed above its 10 day moving average. Stochastics and MACD say we go up from here. Buying on the dip!
