Visual Data Corporation (http://www.vdat.com) produces, markets and distributes original video and audio content for the Internet and soon Interactive Television. Visual Data's extensive video libraries cover a wide range of topics, including travel, business information, medicine and healthcare and entertainment. Through its subsidiary EDnet, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: EDNT), Visual Data has established relationships throughout the motion picture and recording industries.

We like the are this company is in over the Internet. It is in the same type of space that ITVU and RNWK are in. It looks to have created a base following its quaterly earnings report from 2-17-2000. The stock closed at its high of the day yesterday on moderate volume. We like the future that this company has, especially with Interactive TV right around the corner. It was about this time last year that (NASDAQ:VDAT) came on and made a run all the way to $40.00 plus. We like this stock as a buy at current levels as a Swing Trade back up to $17.50 over the next 10 days. It then should set up as a a great mid term play into April 2000. The space this stock is in makes it a buy out target at anytime.

Stock Fans, we took a chunk out of this on 1/7/00 when we bought at 31 1/2 and it ran to the 38 and change before falling back. Well guess what? It is now just above where we bought it in January an its closing price closed above the 10 day moving average. MACD and RSI pointing to higher grounds. Looking to take a chunk of cheese from the middle of the mouse's trading range.

Stock Fans, apparently others are thinking the same. This stock originally popped on our radar screen on 2/16/00 when this article first came out. It made a huge move yesterday on above average volume. Something is up. This company makes fiber optic cables and fiber optics are enfuego. Float is small, 1.4 mil, so it won't take much to move this stock.

International Fibercom Inc. offers a wide variety of services and equipment to the telecommunications, cable television and other related industries through nine wholly owned subsidiaries. The Company's subsidiaries are divided into three principal business segments, Infrastructure Development, Engineering and Equipment Distribution. Infrastructure Development specializes the design, installation and maintenance of fiber-optic cable networks for cable television and telephone companies, also known as outside plant development and systems integration services. The Engineering division specializes in the design of fiber-optic video, voice and data networks for cable television and telephone companies. The Company's Equipment Distribution segment purchases, sells and deals in new and used telecommunications equipment used in the digital access, switching and transport systems of telephone companies and other Fortune 500 companies.

We are looking at how IFCI surged up before earnings. Now it seems to have found it's range and established a base on which we can take a position. Minor support exists at the closing level today of 32 and major support at the psychological and 10 day moving average level of 30. Institutions have their eye on this one as it is approaching the 1 billion dollar market cap level again with a float of only 24 million shares. If this one dips of the open and starts to turn up, that is the spot to play it, if it gaps up and runs, then we will wait until morning volatility passes. Traders will be positioning themselves for the Friday employment numbers.
