Point West Capital Corp. is a specialty financial services company that conducts operations through wholly and partially owned subsidiaries. Point West's subsidiaries and operations are comprised of Fourteen Hill Management, LLC and Fourteen Hill Capital, L.P., which invest in small businesses. Can you say baby CMGI or baby ICGE? Need I say more? The chart says "wow" and others are finding this one as well. I will be taking a 1/2 position and adding on strength or weakness.

Bonus Play: Mentor Graphics Corp. (NASDAQ:MENT)
Mentor Graphics Corporation manufactures, markets and supports software and hardware Electronic Design Automation (EDA) products and provides related services that enable engineers to design, analyze, simulate, model, implement and verify the components of electronic systems. Stock Fans, this is one of those stocks that continually pop up on radar. Volume has increased for the past two sessions, on balance volume is 73.2 (which means its being accumulated) and its relative strength is real high. Something is up and I am planning on taking a position today!

Buy Area: $11.80 to $12.05
Sell Stop: $11.45

STOCK TO WATCH: Winfield Capital (NASDAQ:WCAP)
Winfield Capital (NASDAQ:WCAP) is a small business investment company which makes equity investments and loans pursuant to funding programs sponsored by the SBA and is a non-diversified, closed-end investment company that is a business development company under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Winfield Capital's common stock is traded on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol (NASDAQ:WCAP).

This is a stock that can move in a hurry. Back in April of this past year this stock ran form under $20.00 to over $65.00 a share in less then 4 weeks time. Since then it has fallen back and found a trading range back in the area of about 30.00 a sharer They have an impressive portfolio of both Internet Companies that are in the seed money start up stage and will be looking to go public and also own portions of companies that are public. Most notable regarding yesterday's NASDAQ action is they own about 260,000 shares of the high flyer (NASDAQ:JWEB) a stock that on news of FREE Internet Access ran up over 16 in the regular market hours then tacked on 10 plus more in after hours on huge demand. Among other companies they own INSP, CMRC, ESTM, COOL. They made over $2.50 a share last 3Q earnings.

(NASDAQ:WCAP) may run like (NASDAQ:WITC) did in mid July of this year as it followed the HOT IPO (NASDAQ:JWEB) in a 3 day run up that took both stock up more then $20 a piece.

Shares of (NASDAQ:WCAP) have low risk here for many reasons. The two biggest are that it is right about at its 200 day trading average and number 2 with the Internet Incubators exploding of late. The fact that investors have paid over 65.00 for this stock this year could all spell a big increase in this quality "low float" HOT area of Internet Incubators stocks. It could very well catch fire today when investors put 2 and 2 together about (NASDAQ:JWEB).

Buy Area: $30.00-31.00
Sell Stop: $28.1250
TARGET: $35.1250-$36.25
Possible move: It has moved 15 plus in one day before. If it trades 1 million shares it can really go. Take a look at April's 1999 trading chart.

Keep an eye on (NASDAQ:NZRO) today. This Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) Internet IPO also offers FREE Internet Access. It may indeed make a run today as it is in the same field as (NASDAQ:JWEB) offering FREE Internet Access. We will keep a close eye on this one today as it closed at under 24.00 and traded up to $25.50 in after hours it may take off today!
