TiVo (NASDAQ:TIVO) enables consumers to pause, rewind, instant replay and playback in slow motion any live television broadcast. As part of TiVo's easy-to-use service and unique technology, viewers can time-shift their favorite television shows and create a customized television lineup for viewing at anytime. TiVo's intelligent "thumbs up, thumbs down" ratings provide a personalized selection of new programming suggestions, which ensure that the TiVo enabled receiver is always able to provide the best programs available on television to fit individual viewer preferences.

The stock on NEWS came off the bottom of its trading range Friday and added on more then $5.00 as it made its way back into the 30's. This company is in a field that is looking to be huge as we start the new millennium. This stock on its IPO about 4 months ago ran up big into the high 50's. If it continues to get the kind of VOLUME it had on Friday, more then 1.5 million shares almost 3 times more then its 30 day average of 556,000. It could very well continue its move to the upside with a follow through today. It looks as if this one will pull back after opening higher today. We will look to take a position in the stock at just under $29.00 share today, and hold for a possible high 30's run. The stock has a history of moving fast.

Stock Fans, here is a year end window dressing play. This is a must hold for into the new year. Ameritrade (NASDAQ:AMTD) is a fast growing online discount broker. It closed up on Friday, (when everything else was going down) and its closing price crossed its 10 day moving average. With the NASDAQ at an all time high, and with volume breaking records daily. (NASDAQ:AMTD) should have big numbers coming! The indicators say it is time to swing with Stuart!

STOCK TO WATCH TODAY: SANTA CRUZ OPERATION (NASDAQ:SCOC)
With the help of one of our LIVE TRADING ROOM regular members (Nickname "Peyton") We were able to identify this one ahead of the crowd. We were on it about 10 days ago seeing its worth then with Turbo LINUX applications up coming.

CNBC gave this one perhaps the best 3 seconds of air time it could as it appeared to late in the day on Friday accidentally put its trading chart up on the screen. With no explanation and up on its screen. CNBC spurred on investors to get in before the profiled and that is all it took to make it sky rocket up out of 19's and go as high as 29.6250 in after hours on over 6 million total shares.

In surfing some of the chats this weekend and message boards. It seems that everyone has heard of (NASDAQ:SCOC) now it may well make a move into higher 30's today as many investors are pegging this one to move like an IPO today It's not an IPO. However with it being a less then a day ago it might as well be. Investors on some major message boards were giving this stock some crazy evaluations. One thing looks certain today it should have big volume. VOLUME in the Stock Market = "Popularity" and that should in turn take it even higher. It makes sense to take a 30% position on this one on open or in pre market trading. Then add to it into strength as this one should continue to move until CNBC profiles it or it finds the 40's and who knows maybe more!
