Stock fans, I may be a day or so off on this play, but I feel it is time to take a position. Guessing when these recent IPO's will take off is difficult at best. Last weeks bonus play NXTV played the same. Didn't move until the third day after it was called. I expect this to run higher over the next few sessions. There are 3 news articles released today and this will fuel the excitement.

Wit Capital Group, Inc. went public in June 1999. With offices in New York and San Francisco, Wit Capital Corporation is an issuer-driven Internet investment banking firm that offers an array of investment banking services, including underwriting for public offerings, private equity services, strategic advisory, and institutional quality research.

The stock bounced off a double bottom at $18.3750 it had created in its trading graph yesterday on average volume as compared to its 30 day trading average. It seems to have low risk at the $18.50 price area of late. The stock looks as if it has tested it's 30 day low as it closed over $19.00 yesterday with more volume coming after it had bounced off of $18.3750. If it can get some volume it should be able to fin its way back into the low 20's before long. The KEY to this one is the stock is LOW RISK at current levels and looking at its past has solid REWARD possibilities. In short it is worth a play at current levels.

Buy Area: $19.1250-$19.3750
Sell Stop $18.25
TARGET: $21.50-$23.00
Time Frame: 4 to 6 days
Type of Trade: Swing Trade

This recent IPO, we have had great luck with playing it from the mid 8's all the way to as high as $32.00. It still has not come out of its quiet period yet. It fell back yesterday on less volume. It is a great "bounce" play at 20.50 today. Its chart would indicate that it may fall to that area before it has buyers again. A big physiological number on its way up to break was $20.00 so we will look to get in the stock at about 20.00 to 20.50 today as it should fall back to that level.

What we have on our side with this stock is "popularity" in the stock market that is known as volume. With the quiet period coming next week and this stock always finding a way to traded over 1 million shares the last 10 trading days plus, it would seem that it is a great buy at $20.00 to $20.50 today.

Buy Area: $20.00 -$20.50
Sell Stop: $18.50
TARGET: $26.00 -$30.00
Time Frame: 3 to 10 days
Type of Trade: Swing Trade
