MARKET OUTLOOK e-Commerce Christmas Stocks to go higher NASDAQ 100 index to fall back and test areas of support.

We will be looking for the NASDAQ Techs and 100 index to fall back this week. We will look for the e-Commerce Christmas Stocks, as they have been all over the news this weekend to go higher over the next week. Stay tuned to your emails asthings may change fast!

Today's Play of The Day is: NASDAQ 100 INDEX tracking stock (NASDAQ:QQQ) SELL SHORT.
Stock Fans! The NASDAQ has been going up now without really any test of support in more or less a parabolic move since October 25, 1999, about 1 month ago when the NASDAQ was trading at about 2,867. (NASDAQ:QQQ) was trading at $128.50. With the NASDAQ closing at 3447.81 this past Friday we are now less then 55.00 points from NASDAQ 3,500.00 a feat that 5 weeks ago looked impossible.

We have to test the first level of support that the NASDAQ has at about 3342.00 it last area of support. Upon breaking that area the NASDAQ then should drop to 3214.00 a place it traded at on November 16, 1999, about 2 weeks ago. With that drop the NASDAQ 100 (NASDAQ:QQQ) should then go to a low of $144.00. I look for a bounce there.

With support not really tested over 2,876 its a long way down ahead of upcoming Y2k worries. The NASDAQ has to test some of these support areas. I look for the NASDAQ to test 2 areas of support over the next 2 weeks 3,342 and then 3,214. The pullback would be a pullback on the NASDAQ of 133.81 points over the next 2 weeks. After that we may indeed test 3,000.

Sell Stop: $160.1250
TARGET: $144.50

iBasis, Inc (NASDAQ:IBAS) is a provider of Internet telephony services that enable telecommunications carriers and other communications service providers to offer international voice, fax and other value-added applications over Internet. And it has growing revenues! This IPO has sold off since its inception. I like taking a position here in expectations of the end of the Quiet period upgrades. I will take a 1/2 position today on any morning dip.

#2 BONUS PLAY Visual Data (NASDAQ:VDAT)
This stock had news last Wednesday that it was launching a news channel in partnership with (NASDAQ:ITVU) a stock that was at $20.00 this January now trading near $100.00. The news took shares of (NASDAQ:VDAT) up on almost 5 million shares last Wednesday to as high as 15.3750 before it closed just under $14.00 a share. What I really like about this stock was how it traded this past Friday as it was a blue print of a stock retracing its most current gains as it dropped back to $12.25 on much less volume this past Friday before more volume came in and took the stock to over $15.6250 a move off its low of $3.3750 a perfect retrace trading just over 1 million shares this past Friday in a shortened trading day. Looking at its range over the past 2 trading days.

This stock now looks to have support now at $14.00 even. I look for it to retrace back to that point on less volume today. After that the stock should make it way to 16.50 and then look to take out resistance and perhaps take a shot a the 20's. This stock is in a great area Visual Data "like its name says." This stock would be a great pickup for the likes of (NASDAQ:RNWK). This stock has a great history as it went over 44.00 this past May 1999.

STOCK TO WATCH: Cybershop (NASDAQ:CYSP)
Watch this stock today as it is painting a great picture. No need to profile this one as we have been on it since it was at $7.43750 3 weeks ago. It traded over $13.00 this past Friday on big volume. It may have more left today.

e-COMMERCE CHRISTMAS STOCK NEWS TODAY:
The online community The GLOBE.com (NASDAQ:TGLO) announced this morning that it is in a pact with online apparel retailer (NASDAQ:BFLY). Watch both of them today, as (NASDAQ:BFLY) may continue to react off of (NASDAQ:ASFD) big move last Friday. Also watch (NASDAQ:SHRP) as well.

CHEAP LOW RISK e-Commerce Christmas Stock Plays TODAY!:
Web Stakes.com (NASDAQ:IWIN) Stock had great volume this past Friday in deals with (NASDAQ:CNET) and (NASDAQ:YHOO) it should see a lot of traffic upping it subscription and page views over the nest 2 weeks. The Stock is cheap and we have been watching now since 7.00 as it made a nice move on Friday up almost $2.00 to close at nearly $9.00

Fashion Mall.com (NASDAQ:FASH) This stock continues to be cheap as well with e-Commerce Christmas prospects as this stock is an online mall of companies selling to the public this Christmas. This stock also made a nice move up almost $1.00 on Friday to close just under $7.00 a share.
